Investing in Queensland Women grants are one-off grants of up to $25,000 that can help you bring your idea to life.

Funding rounds and dates

The 2024 round has now closed.

We released one round of grant funding in 2024. A total of $540,000 (excluding GST) in funding is available.

This ‘super round’ combines our usual 2 rounds of annual grant funding and means you’ll be able to apply for more funding. You’ll also have longer to complete your funded project.

Our 2024 grand round:

  • opened on 1 March 2024
  • closed on 12 April 2024 at 5 pm.

Funding guidelines

Read our funding guidelines before you apply. Check that your organisation is eligible and that your proposal meets the selection criteria.

You can read our answers to questions [PDF 156.13 KB] frequently asked by past applicants.

Understand your commitment

If you do get grant funding, you’ll need to agree to our terms and conditions, and enter into an agreement with the Queensland Government based on your submitted application:

We’ll ask you to show us certain documents and fill in a report when you finish your project.

Grant funding recipients

We recently awarded grant funding to our 2023 Round 2 successful applicants [PDF 147.68 KB].

The panel who assessed the 2023 Round 2 applications has provided some general feedback [PDF 223.06 KB] for applicants.

Below are the projects we funded in past years.

In past years, we’ve held 2 rounds of grant funding per year. In 2024 we announced a ‘super round'. This single round combines 2 rounds of funding and means applicants can apply for more funding.

We write to all applicants to tell them the outcome of their application.
